Bang Bang Salmon With Cauliflower Rice


Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayo (or light mayo)
1/3 cup sweet Thai chili sauce
2 Tbsps Sriracha (or more if you like it spicy)
3/4 pound salmon (cut into 2 fillets)
kosher salt, pepper
And so on.

Instructions:
  • Step number 1. In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, sweet Thai chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the Bang Bang Sauce.
  • Next step is, Brush some of this mixture onto the salmon. Sprinkle salmon with kosher salt and pepper.
  • Step 03, Cook the salmon according to one of these methods: In the oven: Place the salmon skin side down onto a lined baking sheet. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 12-14 minutes. In the air fryer: Place the salmon in the air fryer basket skin side down. Set the air fryer to 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
