3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions:
  • First step, Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick spray.

  • Step 3, In a separate bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, milk, mashed banana, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
