Slow Cooker Tomato Tortellini Soup Recipe


Ingredients:
1 pound (480 g) Italian sausages, sliced
4 cups (1 L) chicken broth
28 oz (840 ml) can diced tomatoes
2 cans 10¾ oz (325 ml) each tomato soup
2 8 oz (240 ml) each containers softened chive and cream cheese spread

Instructions:
  • First of all. Heat the oil in a large skillet. Add sausages and cook until browned and no longer pink. Transfer browned sausages to a slow cooker.
  • After that, Add the chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and tomato soup. Close the pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
