Ingredients:
12 c. pears, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 package powdered pectin
5 1/2 c. sugar
etc
And many more.

Instructions:
  • First. Wash out your stock pot and place the 4 cups of pear juice to the pot. Stir in lemon juice and powdered pectin.
  • Next, Bring the mixture to a boil that cannot be stirred down.
  • And then, Add the sugar all at once, and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Bring mixture to a boil that cannot be stirred down, and boil for 1 minute. Remove pan from the heat.
